Default Adobe Imageready 3.0 n00b

Can anyone help me out in getting started with Adobe Imageready? their tutorial doesn't help much. I'm really just looking for a starting point to go on.

The program is on my computer but i don't use it cuz i don't know how. With Photoshop i at least had a little experience on it from high school.

Thanks in advance

Uhm, I suppose you want to make a gif files with it?

it's pretty easy, here is the method I use (maybe there is a shorter one)

First I create/resize/edit all the frames with Photoshop, then in Imageready I open the first frame. In it, I create as many new layer as the total number of frames wanted.
Then in the bottom box where the frames thing is, again I create the number needed.
Now I just open frame #2, select all, copy and paste in the second layer of frame 1, and so on untill the end. Finally, for every frame in the bottom box you have to select wich layer you want to "see", in the layers box (with the eye icon)

Does it make sense?
