YEah thats wat I thought, as the TopGear Enzo sneak peak vid has Tiff checking the car out in that same courtyard.

Im sure they are just his work cars he has sitting in the Ferrari offices

he is only allowed to be seen at public events in a FIAT Group Road Car, if he is not driving a road car (go-kart etc.) it doesn't have to be part of the FIAT group.

Its not like life sucks to drive a Ferrari to start with anyways
I guess it wouldn't be the end of the world even if he really is limited to driving FIAT group cars

yeah i agree with you, i believe i read somewhere that he wasn't able to get one(or maybe he did not want one?). I think if he really wanted one, Ferrari would bend over backwards to give him one.
And that's what actually happened. Ferrari just forgot that Schumi my want an Enzo, and could afford one to himself, so first they took the orders for all the cars, and then they"ve built an extra one for Schumi. 400 cars plus-minus one - who cares. With F40 they've built much more cars than they planned
