thanks man,

yeh there is much better options, but in australia antilag seems quite populor with midified cars, basicley when cruzing around going through say a quiet cafe strip people will fire it up, scaring the living shit out of passing pedestrians!

I got a chance to read that arcitle a few weeks ago, and it was very well writen. If your interested in some very indepth turbo information and get tired of waiting for me to write it, try checking out some old issues of sport compact car for their 'suck squish, bang, blow' tech. on turbos (over 100 pages of phd level stuff)

Wutputt did a good job of describing what that system is, and Ill try and talk about it when I get further into the article, but in all honesty, I cant say that these systems work very well for anything other than rally cars. I will explain extactly why later, but basically because rally cars are so limited in their ability affectively use the throttle by the limited traction with the road that they would always be on turbo lag if they didnt keep it spooled during throttle off. These systems are not designed to operate for more than a few seconds duration at one time, and would cause more problems then they would solve for a track or street car.

I have gotten a few messages recently from people requesting me to cover very specific things. I guarentee I will try and cover as much material as I can, However It is difficult for me to tell you everything you will need to know for your specific application. I dont have the experience to know every make and model well enough to give suggestions on them all, however I can guarentee that I will give advice that will apply to any car, and with some basic research on you part, should be enough to point you in the right direction.

Feel free to keep the PM's coming, and I'll help in anyway I can
