Drivers Run 2005
Yet another Gumball 3000 inspired road rally.. and seems quite nice already! if they already did something in the past I admit I either don't know or forgot!

There will be two main events in 2005, in April, the '9 Capital City Tour' and later in September the 'Eastern Front Tour'..
the site is very well done and the fact on this page where they describe the different cathegories included a nice "F1 division" for Enzo, CGT and the likes let me hope for something great!

Now the usual point is: keep your eyes open! 9 capitals in Europe... shit somebody should catch up with them.. my guess is London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome would be touched... no idea then.. since they have the eastern front thing in September maybe they mean Estern Europe and in that case that part won't stay untouched.. in that case it's not easy to reach a total of 9 capitals since most likely they won't go to Northern Europe neither... what could we add.. Lisbon, Wien.. Bern I hope!!!
Please if you have any info, post!!  but I think it's too early

looks very very cool, but from the video i don't get to much of Gumball more or less is they mess around then its there own doing. But that is more of a show off of the car. but hey time will tell

Thanks for your email. Glad to hear that Evo magazine is doing the business in letting people know about our event! I have looked at your site and you’ve certainly photographed some superb cars! The Supercar Rally in 2004 for example had some amazing cars...
I spent a long time in Switzerland (Rougemont actually) so I know Lausanne pretty well. We aren’t going to be telling any of our clients where we are going. They will know literally day by day, stage by stage. Even if I wanted to tell you I would not be able to. We are certainly aiming to have some Supercars on our run. We have some superb cars booked already and are waiting on confirmation for a couple of “big” cars.
Subscribing to the Newsletter will not update you of our destinations I am afraid.
Keep in touch with me though via email and if I can inform you nearer the time, I will do so. We do have a photographer coming with us for the duration but I am sure you would like to come and take some photos and I would have no problem with that at all.
I look forward to communicating with you further.

Actually I never saw an F1 in any of this sort of rally, but anyway there is no list of entries at all so far, just categories to give a general idea
