I think perhaps you jumped to conclusions a little too soon. They are pictures of the restoration process. The owner is Jim Glickenhaus and the 330 P4 is s/n 0846. It is an original and therefore even more stunning.

EDIT: I think I know where you're coming from now that I have searched a bit more. This article explains it really isn't really possible to designate it as original or replica. http://www.velocetoday.com/cars/cars_69.php But that's the case with a lot of restored cars nowadays IMO.
