Is this digicam good?
Hi guys! I need your help. I have no digicam and I don't know anything about them.
A friend of mine has offered me to buy his cam for 250 euros. It is a Nikon coolpix 4300, with 4.0 MP, 3x optic zoom and 4x digital...and other devices that I didn't remember...
I'm sure it's in good condition so if you tell me that it is a good inversion, I'l buy it.
Here there are some links that my friend has given to me about that camera:

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Thats similar specs to my camera which I am very happy with....although the 3x zoom can be a little limiting sometimes since I don't use the digital zoom.
The price seems ok to me, its a little bit more then I paid for my FujiFilm.

I suggest you don't get that camera, I've had many digital cameras and that Nikon was the shittiest one I have ever owned.

I just wasnt satifised with the camera. It didnt perform as good as my canon or sony even when they had the same similarities. Luckily, I was able to return it.

Thank to both for your suggests! I don't know what I'm going to do but I'll probably buy it...perhaps it isn't a very good camera but I don't need anything special

badmihai has a pretty nice 2.0 megapixel camera... lots options.
it all depends on what you plan to do with it (take lotsa pictures, or be able to take a wide variety of pictres... or both) there are a lot of good 'point and shoot' cameras out there, i would think you could find one of similar quality for under 200 euros...

There is a good review of that camera here
You should consider buying a camera with more than 3x optical zoom. I find mine way too restrictive!
