Can't remember how long the devliery took cause it was quite a few years ago. I actually scheduled the delivery on a certain day so I would be around. Don't think you can do that with the online order.

One thing about IKEA furnitures, it's a good idea to check them out in store cause quite often they put too much into design and not much into anything else. The last IKEA table I had was so unstable it would start shaking when I started typing. It has since been replaced by 2 new IKEA tables for the safety of my PCs. I've seen your table in store, it seems to be pretty well built

Good to know about the table

But Im really fucking paranoid about the whole deal........I just read soo much bad stuff about them that I can only expect the worst...

And their online service is bullshit. You basicly ask them to call you to do the whole order. A woman called me last wednesday to give her the credit card number and confirm the order blah blah blah. She said the delivery might take up to 10 business days 70$ for shipping aswel  And she also said that someone or something will call me before delivery or some shit like that.....

I never imagined they had 400$ tables in IKEA...

Well... if I was going to buy such an expensive table, and with everyone saying their service stinks, I'd go there and bring it myself!

The $69 is the flat rate charge, it's $49 for vancouver. I remember paying only $24 flat rate delivery like 10 years ago, can you say inflation?

Indeed. They are assholes thats all I got to say. For 69$ this thing should have been here before I even picked up the phone. And the Toronto store is about 40min by car from here

If it's just 40 minutes away, you should pick it up yourself! The price and selection are much better in store.

I have had to deal with IKEA customer service alot.

I've bought alot from them, all from the store in person though. They have never given me a problem with returning anything, or any complaints. They've always been good to me.
