Well your 120k wouldn't buy you the car anyway, so you don't have to worry about that.

There have been several GTs on Ebay over the last several months...mind you, I'm talking about sales for cars that hadn't even been produced at the time, in essence, a pre-buy program or something to that effect. In the time that this has been going on, I haven't seen one sell for less than 230k, so 191 is a relative bargain or so it would seem. I seriously doubt that anyone is going to end up paying list price for one of the GTs either...it's just too exclusive and too popular for that.

I still remember when 360 first come out of the market, the mark up was crazy. So I think it is relatively 'acceptable' to pay 190 for the Ford GT. Mind you ppl pay 2million for a 600k Enzo.

We saw folks in Houston pay $250K for 360's sitting and pass up $145K 550 Maranellos that didn't sell.

People pay insane prices for the "latest hot item".

It's kind of strange that there are no pics of the actual car. I wouldn't trust a seller with pics that can be found on the internet. But I would say that the price asked is still worth that amazing machine.

Wow. If the reserve is $250k, that's like $100k over the MSRP, if I remember right...$150k? I know it's not realistic to compare to the MSRP, but I do it just to figure in the gouging portion of what people are getting for the car...

The seller said that they do not how many miles will be on it but that it is fresh from the factory. As the seller wants a $50k non-refundable deposit I would imagine that the reserve is set at $200k ($50k more than the RRP if StanAE86
is correct).

It could be a scam or the seller may have just managed to get themselves on the list.
