Some people are so stupid... Ive all ready seen that vid clip. I saw a longer version and the cop that was by the guard rail doesnt get up but he is moving. Not sure about the cop in the other car.

The site was linked, but the link had about 8 vids like this one. They were all Ohio State Highway Police vids... I think the topic was like "Ohio State Patrol Crash Vids" or something like that.
