Hey ahmedgiyab,

A very large percentage of Firefighters in the states are certified E.M.T.'s. Also, it is possible (Though Very Rare) for a person to survive an impact through the windshield like this.

Pretty sure it's fake. High schools tend to do this right before prom night.

totally fake. the blood in the girl looks that she hitted something else minutes before the "crash" and it's not dripping.
the duct tape... well only for something

the guy doesn't look shocked and his chin is inmaculate. I had a big crash some years ago (3) and I hitted the steering wheel with my chin even when I was wearing the seatbelt (maybe it was 'cause I tried to something else miliseconds before the impact)
the seatbelt of that car is one of those which are automatic.

after a real and very scary crash like mine, this pic isn't that shocking

No it doesnt, because people just think of it as a joke and laugh during the whole thing, cuz the idiot schools use the students from the school to try and get the point across.
