I still think that they can kick a butt real good if they need/want to.

and actually you're very VERY wrong about that. it's been proven a million times over that these outlandish fighting styles are VERY ineffective in a REAL fight, where the job is to beat the shit out of the other guy, because those jumps and cartwheels have absolutely no offensive/defensive nature to them, it's just jumping. and as per your analogy about drifters in real situations, a driver may know what techniques are useful in certain situations, but KNOWING and APPLYING are two different things. with that said, it's never safe to assume that just cuz some guys can jump high and do flashy things in the air that they can defend themselves in a fight. |
I went to their site, and looked at some info and a collection of videos... I can assure you that these guys can fight. Especially the ones that use Bows.... Its pretty awesome, and id love to be able to do it for the showboating factor as well.

forgive me for expressing how DUMB that sounded. if it's videos you want of REAL fights then hit me on aim and i'll send you gigs of ACTUAL fights, not matt demonstrations of jumping and yelling. but anyway congratulations on being gullable enough to believe their flashy tactics could actually help you survive in a fight. y'know, mcdojos make hundreds of thousands of dollars off of innocent people just like you who they fool into believing their styles actually work.
