Anyone seen that hotrod show (they build and restore hotrods) on the Discovery Channel. I saw it for the first time this morning. It's really cool. Maybe those people who complain about Pimp My Ride being too rice should watch this show instead.

I have seen the show also it is a spin off of American Chopper or more commonly Known as Orange County Choppers, American Hotrod is a decent show , but those shows are more like soap operas,
If you want good car shows It just so happens to be Motor Mayhem Month on Spike TV, Horse Power Tv is cool Gear head stuff kinda hokey but definitly some cool upgrades and info , Car and Driver Tv is kind of like Top Gear in the sense that they Test cars and report on it but lacks the fun factor that Top Gear is known for. Pimp my ride is extremley rice and completley pointless, hmm let me put 50 grand in a car thats not work 2 grand, otherwise its all hooking up famous peoples cars, yeah great another rich guys car. Overhauling is another show on TLC but a little cooler than pimp my ride, in this they acutally trick the driver of the car and steal it making them think its gone, then they hook it up and reveal to them at the end. Chip Foose is on that show and does some awesome work check it out if you havent and theres a pretty cute brunette hopping around the shop for some eye candy.
Top Gear is still the best of all car shows i have ever seen, The most comprehensive the most fun and THE BEST CARS !

American Hotrod is an OK show but Boyd Coddington does make some really sweet ass rides they even have a Botd Coddington edition Roush Mustang. and when have they ever hooked up famous peoples rides on Pimp My Ride? never! the show is still kind of retarded though. the show Rides on TLC is a good one eventhough they are in the off season right now. (all reruns)

So Sorry about that i got that confused with Ride with Funk master flex thats my bad. Funk hookes up other famous peeps rides but he is also on the pimp my ride show right ? correct me if i am wrong. There is also another show on TLC called Rides whch is more documentary style showing of cool cars .
