That's correct. VAG (Volkswagen AG) sits on top. Below VAG the hierarchy looks like this:

Volkswagen Group - Volkswagen, Skoda, Bugatti and Bentley
Audi Group - Audi, Seat and Lamborghini

That could be correct. 50% of the shares in Porsche AG is owned by the Piëch and Porsche families. I wasn't aware anyone from those families had anything to do with Audi though.
