The R8 is so underpowered and so overweight, that is about the only way you could get it to do a doughnut... on a wet icy road

yay R8! It almost looked like a rwd car in those videos. I wonder if it ever gives the front wheels enough of the torque to do sit and spins like people do in STI's.

no, its the way the viscious center diff applies torque to the freer spinning wheels as also used on the Gallardo.... and likely on the RS4
