It's nice and all but finding media that doesn't cost alot still is gonna be a bitch for dual layer.

LGs are not that great. I'd go with an NEC. They cost more but they are more robust. We sell LGs at the store and they are ok, but they just arent build that well.

You can install dual layer firmware on the NEC2500A too. And all it costs you in a regular 2500A which is about 155CDN.

And lastly dual layer media is hard to come across.
