Officiall phots M3 E92?
|
and some reliable info regarding this photos:
"It's not the real thing , look at the standard E92 mirror caps for evidence and besides we only start shooting the non-official production show vehicle this Thursday. Another element in these digital images is the pride of Germany we do not use other countries registration identities as seen here as UK to launch our cars we are very proud of having a car registered in Munich. Which is our homeland. whilst other countries utilize their own registration identity for their marketing purpose. There is a reason to why the bootlid looks like that . And it's all to do with the core criteria of BMW M - in otherwords lightweight. This also helps the upcoming M3 Cabrio which will receive it's press launch in November 2007. Although you are looking at allbeit digital enhanced pictures The rear end does look a lot better in real life in which BMW are moving to a more Kinetic approach to M-Division in design the kinetic approach therefore brings the M3 to it's M6 and Z4M Coupe brothers and it's upcoming baby brother M2 in 2009. The positioning of the M3 now becomes much clearer that the M2 will become a reality because there is now an opening for a smaller model." |
^ Chrome window trim on a M car. . . I don't think so.
I do like the rear trunklid/bootlid. It doesn't seem to have the flares of the E46, more towards the looks of the E36 in that regard, similar to the standard models. Thanks for putting the pics up. . . :) |
someone close this topic. This stuff is supposed to be going to BMW News in Car Chat.

Yuck! The E30 and E46 car had a lot of aggression built into the design. The E36 looked very sleek in coupe form. The E92 looks crap - the rear belongs on a Hyundai.
The 335i also looks shit! |

I know my avatar is a "camo" M3, but I am kinda-fairly unbiased :o
I think an M3 like that would look amazing in real life. I have seen some 335's with the proper wheels and they look 2x better than pictures can portray. I like it!! :D |
The photos are fake!!
"Yesterday, we posted an article questioning the validity of the 2008 BMW M3 that’s featured on Car’s February 2007 issue. Today, we found scanned pictures of the specific article which, unfortunately, prove that the 2008 M3 we saw was photoshoped. Even though the images are somewhat blurry and could easily be mistaken for being the “real thing”, the answer lays on the first page and specifically where it quotes: “Images Barry Hayden / Motor Forecast”. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the name, Motor Forecast is a company that specializes in “chops” – for example, they came up with the Chevrolet Camaro Convertible rendering that was shown on Autoweek.com." |
Lol :D Hoax!
