There is a few problems.. The list is missing several fast American production cars and several of the cars listed are borderline production cars. Still quite an impressive compilation.

I agree

1963 Dodge Ramcharger is on there. Thats not a car, thats a pro-stock race team. lol. They really should have organized it better, its hard to tell which cars are factory or specialty.

DeMoN 11-15-2003 01:08 AM

damn that thing must have taken forever to list!

scubywrxr 11-15-2003 06:30 AM

Nice list .. disorganised.. credit for the effort though...

BADMIHAI 11-15-2003 10:49 AM

It was about damn time some car did .... I'm just glad it's a Ferrari. Altough from 0 to 60, the F1 beats the Enzo. F1 has 3.2s. and Enzo has 3.7 s.

nope, the best independant test of the Enzo was a 3.28 rounded to 3.3 by R&T, but several different testers got a 3.15 or below during the Ferrari event. It was admittedly downhill a little, but motortrend made some estimates based on their data and it is impressively still below 3.2, but I am unsure what exactly.

Also apparently during testing Ferrari was fairly confident it could break 3 seconds. I'm not sure if the production version can, but I'd say it is on par with the F1 in acceleration.

The F1 gets to 100mph a little quicker, but the Enzo beats it at everything until 150mph where the F1 again has the lead by .3 seconds, but that comes from the only test that went that high for the Enzo and also was one of the slowest for earlier acceleration figures. From there we really have no solid data for the Enzo as far as I know.

Above 250kmh nothing can touch the Mclaren.... all the way to its top speed of 392kmh... cept maybe a callaway twin turbo special or a dauer porsche 962

true. motortrend says 0-60 in 3.14 sec. that's Mclaren beating record.

i still think the people from R&T are morons and i dont agree with them on very much cause they cant drive. the enzo is far better then the f1. more bang for the buck.f1 is more of a myth car for its price it should be faster too.
