Size Does Matter

Anybody want to work as teammates to trim down and muscle up? I'd like to create a small group of us who encourage each other to eat healthfully and exercise regularly so we can be the shape and size we want.

I've got some ideas that I can share; hope others do as well. Plus, we can post our results and help each other get on track when we fall off. I need to lose a quick 5 pounds and then I'll go on to the next 5 and then . . .

Do I have any takers?

I'm telling the truth. I lost 60+ pounds and then invited my neighbors and friends to join me in getting fit. Over a thousand people showed up for weekly meetings--in eight weeks, we dropped nearly 4 tons.

Now I'm trying to get the same thing started in other communities--just for the heck of it. But since you are young, you are probably still trim. Right?

just cus she lost 60lbs doesnt mean shes at a weight where we want to see her naked. Well 55lbs cus she is mentally weak and has no self control.
