hmm 30 day money back guarantee. products that work dont need such bullshit to sell. they sell themselves. this thing is garbage

Indeed a pieca of bullshit, more efficient then a Supercharcher ? yeah right, for that money.

mmmm, i know that is not more efficient thatn a supchrger, but will the car gain any power? (although i know 35hp is idiotic for a sheet of metal)

I saw those a while ago i think it would do something when its on which is only under w.o.t. but when its not on i think it would just block air flow.

produced results as high as 20 horsepower and 24% increases in mileage. Other independent studies yielded results as high as 35 HP and 31% MPG
Yeah, right
It maybe can enhance power just a litlle, little, little little bit. But most vortices and swirls in the intake system are produced by the shape of the bends and the way the intake air travels passed the htorttle butterfly and intake valves. Those little flaps after the air filter aren't going to influence the airflow much ;)

On a turbocharged, or supercharged engine this is completely useless since the flow is totally changed after it passes through the turbo or compressor.

Can I use more than one in my vehicle?
Yes, in Fuel Injection/E.F.I. vehicles, up to three Turbonator's have been installed by automotive enthusiasts that race their vehicles

Will The Turbonator Fit my vehicle?
Yes, we have a Turbonator for every vehicle with any stock or aftermarket intake system.
- Hello, am I speaking to Turbonator.com?
- Yes you are
- You're speaking with M. Schumacher. I would like to buy 5 turbonators for my Ferrari F2004. How much horsepower would I gain?
- Well, one Turbonator increases up to 20 bhp, so five of them would give you an extra 100 bhp.

A guy I know ordered one because he worked at a motorsports shop and thought he would put it to the test...the result was it was an absolute POS!! I think he gained the same power as the CAI he had put on.

that stuff about the combustion burning better, i watched some thing on tv about a guy in France i think it was, he would cut grooves into the top of the cylinders and it would add more MPG and HP, There is also the Tornado out there, I dont think any of the little techniques help much

Will make f' all difference, a turbulent flow into the intake is advantagous for mixing purposes, but most manufacturers know what they are doing, for it to make any advantage the original design would have to be terrible.

That is the kind of thing that should feature in Max Power (mag in the UK)

No, you couldn't get more hp with that stuff, real and valuable hp. The only way that thing would and should work is to obtain a better air/fuel mixture, to obtain better fuel economy.
But nowadays, engines and all of their parts are designed to have the best performance the design and money could buy, all by the air intakes creating the best vortex and flows so that the fuel burns better. So maybe that piece of metal sheet instead of creating a better air/fuel mixture, it only makes it worse.
Maybe you could buy one today, and have a very strict control in your fuel consumption, just to see if you saved... 20 usd. Simply don't try it at home

Not bad for 70 Dollars.

Maybe it will slightly increase power on a crappy old car with a smaller enginer,

Otherwise, pretty much useless !

This is just like that advertisments you see late at night where a guy use this machine and lose 30KG over night and gained a musculer body.

This is the same but with cars.. I say BS..

http://www.homemadeturbo.com/tech_projects/el_blower/index.html

These things make you lose power from the Intake Restriction, and they also fuck up the way your stock ECU reads air flow. Seriously If you want to make power there is no cheap trick around it. (unless nitrous counts) Thomas Knight proved over 4 years ago what it took to actually make power with electric superchargers. And people still fall for this stuff.....

Just for the Record those Thomas Knight Electric Supercharges totally kick ass. They make boost whenever you turn it on. Its not based on RPM or Spool like a turbo or belt supercharger. I am really a big fan of Thomas Knight just for sticking with the idea till they got something that actually works. Its just a shame that the batteries for the kit wiegh the car down so much.

it looks like a blowdryer on a car.
actually, i think it is a blowdryer
