Default saw an MG something something...

hey saw this in my neighborhood.... i know they dont sell these cars here but this dude obviously has one.... any idea what model this is???

Looks like an MG MIdget. They sold them here in the 1970's.

my bad on the double post.... friggin buttons


And why is that so special?
saw the car and recognized the MG and was curious to know what model it was.... its an ugly little devil but i still thought it was relativly interesting.... its not like i posted a pic of a honda civic....

Its an MGB, or maybe an MGC...definitely one of the two...
the Midget is much smaller, and has a different front...
Judging by the wheels, i'd say it's one of the last models before the rubber bumpers were introduced (i think in the late seventies)...
It actually does have identification on the boot, right above the MG sign...i can't figure out what it says by these pics....

This car is pretty famous, since its like the most popular classic roadster in the world or something like that..in fact, the mazda mx5 was deeply inspired on this car (that is why it has no hardtop)...
i'll try and find out what it is for sure, but definitely its not a midget
