Worked out that, they roughly cost 5 million pounds each..thats 350million AU there + the enzo..

Not quite, the going price nowadays is around 10mill. USD I think - so more like half that amount.

well not really.....one GTO did sell for ~14mill USD in 1989, but the rest have been in the price range I mentioned.

Nope, he "only" paid $4.2mill for the one he entered in this reunion.
The name of the guy who paid $14mill was Takeo Kato, and the funny thing is that the same car sold again 4yrs later for $2.7mill - talk about a price drop! :shock:
