Default What does your area look like during the Holiday season?

I was just wondering, what does the area that you live in the world look like during the holidays? I live in Charleston S.C. USA, and where I live we really don't have a lot of holiday decorations throughout the city. If it wasn't for the traffic, you couldn't tell if it was Christmas or not. The only area that is really spruced up for Christmas is the downtown area where all the fancy shops are. See, we don't have a lot of old, historical towns in our country like you guys do in Europe. And I'm sure these towns have a lot of decorations and such. Also, what do portions of London look like now?

Love webcams. Looks like it's kinda dreary up there. Combination of sleet and rain?

Christmas crap everywhere. It's part of living in a somewhat small city. Every shop has decorations and every other house is covered in lights. Even the apartment I live in has lights. Everylight pole is decorated with wreaths, garlands and flags.
There is about a foot of snow, but it's been pretty damn warm here all week.

Over here it looks like fall and the French speaking part of Belgium has a white Christmas. Lots of decorations in shopping streets and peoples' houses.

Most places are like normal. I saw one house the other day that was just covered in decorations. They must of spent 3 days putting everything up.

Heh...I'm regular stance myself. I shall tell you how to turn right, and maybe you shall consider removing that disgusting avatar. The secret is in your leaning. Just lean back. You get the sensation you're going to fall (and you might fall a few times at the beginning). Just lean back, and you will turn right. THen you shall catch on how to push the board with your back foot and stuff. Just remember, it's all in your leaning. The ideal stance is for your upper body to always be straight up, and only your legs to "lean".

Bad just about nailed it. Push your back leg out and lift your heel a bit. It won't take long to catch on.
