Oh no, of course not and that did not include utilities either. It was a VERY nice place but really small, I mean SMALL! But I did have working fireplace.

If you see the ugly white couch, that was against the back wall. This room was more than twice as big as the bedroom which was just large enough to fit a queen size bed and nothing more. And the kitchen had about as much room as the electronics area. With a small normal full bath. Very nice but very small and expensive.
It was cool because this building was built in 1866! So a lot of history in the whole area. Cool to think that someone was sitting in front of that fireplace back in 1867!
