Ok, here we are.. this year they changed the concept a little bit. The eCOTY is splitted in two parts: the first one is to test "affordable" thrills: cars under the 30'000 GBP mark... 3 days with them on Scottish roads and then the 3 best ones will be pinned against the "greatest cars of the year" w/o price limit , in Italy
So far I read only part 1 since it's a pretty long article and only part 1 is 20 pages and 6.44 MB
