i agree, if they stick to that concept, ill like it. i just hope by the time it hits the streets its not some weak imposter like the PT cruiser or Prowler.

Yea, I agree. The prowler and PT are the worst vehicles ever. IMO, they should go back to their roots. You used to be able to get everything from a straight six all the way up to a 426 hemi in the Cudas, they should start offering that kind of variety in their newer cars. Then they would appeal to all crowds. This charger looks amazing, especially if they make a 2 door model of it. They will probably screw up the front end tho with huge grille and headlights, but overall a nice car. I bet if they put them into production they'll have the new 5.7L Hemi as an engine option. If they make it a FWD car, then that company will be dead to me. lol Ford and GM are making some nice nostalgic cars though (T-Bird, GT, SSR, Marauder, 2k5 stang etc.) , so Id be willing to bet that something like this will be hitting the showroom pretty soon just to compete.

That roofline is sick. It looks like a C6 Vette sedan. I wonder how much of it is made out of MB parts...?

I think the charger concept was built before the merger. This concept was made in 1999.The merger is what killed the production of it.I've heard they had a new design that was the intrepid replacement that might end up with the charger nameplate. Although I haven't heard any good new in a while.Maybe they surprise
us with a new concept this year.BTW, I got to see this car in person and it is stunning.Perfect blend of 69 charger meets the new age without being too retro.

Yes I agree as an extreme Viper fan i think they are trying to appeal as an affordable muscle car. Hopefully though they will stick to the concept and try to live up to the Dodge Charger name.
