I kind of like the talon. How much can you pay for insurance? I bet you will be anally penetrated, seeing as to how you are 17. The word "turbo" does not help your cause either.

insurance is a bitch, no lie, about 1600 a year us dollars.

crank walk can be explained by going to:

http://www.roadraceengineering.com/w...crankshaft.htm

that site shows as well as explains what needs to be done to keep your car running straight:

http://members.shaw.ca/costall/1000Q/

basic mods:
http://www.roadraceengineering.com/2gupgradepath.htm

for purchasing parts goto
http://www.dsmtuners.com

click parts on the top menu and scroll for parts. that site links to retailers.

want to know if a part is worth a shit?

http://reviews.dsm.org/

that should keep you busy for a few years...

The pilots suck in the snow. Use tirerack.com to view various tires winter and summer rankings.

the Bridgestone Blizzaks are pretty good winter tires.
For a little less money you can try the Pirelli winter 210's

Judging by the cars u decided ...... u will have a limited budget rite?
Even tho those car might just cost u around 10k, the insurance for sure will hurt u.

All that aside, Talon is right away the most moddable car around the year, as for the 240, u need winter tires for sure. My friend has one and the tail in snow is like a dog seeing a pile of bones. Prelude, is very common, it's everywhere, if u want exclusitivity (sorry about my spelling), I suggest u stay away from that.

Hope it helps
