As you know, Pininfarina is the name of the design studio that's designed most of the latest Ferraris, therefore many of the cars that have the Pininfarina logo on them, were designed by employees of PF (examples: Enzo by Ken Okuyama), and not necessarily by Sergio Pininfarina.
Now, are you all talking about Sergio Pininfarina himself as the designer of the most Ferraris?

Pininfarina as a company.

Above replies aren't correct, I'm afraid.
Fioravanti holds the record for personally designing eight Ferraris: the Dino 206 GT, P5, 365 GTB4 Daytona, P6, 365 GT4 BB Berlinetta Boxer, 365 GT4 2+2, 308 GTB/GTS and the 288 GTO. Also as Pininfarina design manager, Fioravanti oversaw styling of the Testarossa and F40.

He was one of the premier grand prix car designers of his time responsible for cars such as the Alfa Romeo P3. He worked for Alfa, Lancia and eventually Ferrari.
