I am sorry to inform that:

CD1 - is no longer available. This file was hosted directly from my computer and I am affraid that the IT dep of my college's campus decides to give me a visit. I do not want to go to jail so the file is no longer available.

CD2 - is no longer available. This file was hosted in my webpage and my 20gb bandwidth limit is about to be met. I must make sure that my web does not go down so I have removed this file.

'BOTH files will become available the first of December. So for those stuck in the middle of a dload, I am sorry, but I have transfered almost 20gb from my web and a bit more than 20gb from my hard drive. I think my laptop now deserves a restart.
