Hum; Michelotto was in charge of developping the F40 LM's engine and it was around 750 bhp but wasn't a model of reliability ... even if rave conditions are not the same as road use but I have a serious doubt

The buyer of this car must have unlimited funds to keep the car repaired.

Even stock F40's are quite particular about maintenance.

The race cars were regularly rebuilt.

This would be better off parked in a museum

On FChat someone mentioned engine rebuild every 4,000 miles...but for a 900hp F40 hey, why not! It may cost a shit-ton of money to maintain but its still pretty freakin badass.

friend of mine had 1k hp ´67 tt camaro, yearly maintenance was about 6.5ke, makes me guess how much would that f40 cost to maintain in good condition year in, year out.

wow, mad props for actually driving/using the car, much less using it on the steet. That takes huge balls to do that, especially in the wet!
