Interesting.
From the photos at least it looks to me that it's possible to build a much better track on new field
Can't wait for it to happen

This hasn't been confirmed yet

The local residents are a bit pissed at the noise he will make, so if he is allowed, he will only get 20 days or action per year .. i fuckin' hate people who hate cars :fist:

well thats not how i read it, to me it seems planning permission has been granted despite opposition, i'm not sure if the 20 days a year is only for the studio..... i.e the days of the show.... i think thats what the locals are worried about as it would increase the traffic on the day of the shows. I'm pretty sure there is other motorsport carried out there too, it rings a bell anyway LOL

yep they do rally days there by the looks of it, also i'm sure the planes make a fair bit of noise
lovely pic BTW here you can see where they do the rally stuff and the potential of the site

well the name of the place triggered something in my head..... 2 mins in google and i found that lovely pic i'm excited already even if it does make the current TG track times redundant. If its just gonna be one of these warehouse jobs shouldn't take too long either judging by the rate these DIY places spring up Lets hope i am right about the 20 days thing only being audience days..... 20 days to do all the filming inclusing stig would be very tight IMO

They are certainly NOT going to be able to get their hands on all those cars and test them again. Shame, really, and i cant believe JC is making them do this. He seemed to be a very level-headed guy when i met him...
