Williams confirms 2007 Drivers...
and Webber is out!!!
Wurz and Rosberg are officially the drivers for next years Toyota powered WilliamsF1 cars.
I feel so bad for Webber though, he is fast but has an inconsistent car that breaks down at the most inopportune time.

that is really crap, because Webber is very consistant IMO; but the car is unreliable; where he's regularly in contention for a podium, where Rosberg isn't.
hopefully Webber moves to Renault, that would be really interesting

I am surprised by Wurz, not that he isn't good but I didn't think about him ... I think that he's got talent and will make a good job (for free )
Webber will maybe go to Renault ...

There is a rumor saying Webber might go to Red Bull to replace Klein but I doubt he would want to be a backup driver to DC this late in his career
But what do I know, Im just some schmuck on a forum

Finally? Wurz drove for the old Benetton team for some time. It's about time Webber moved on from Williams. I also hope he drives for Renault.

I'd be surprised if Renault took Webber over Kovalainen...

But I don't think this is confirmed by Kimi or any agent, just an article of what might be going on.
5 year contract, get €160 mil... that's what I call a salary!

That's right next to Schumacher's last reported salary (a little less, but close).
Though as far as I know, that's just a rumor at the moment.

Well it makes sense. With Brawn rumored to be taking a 1-year leave it looks more and more likely. Ferrari obviously still believes MS is the best driver, but they're shrewd enough to realize that at most he will drive 2 more years (and that would be a stretch) while Kimi could drive for another 10 years. So, do you sacrifice Kimi for one-year of MS? No. My guess is they're asking MS to drive alongside Kimi or take his leave. MS should stay and drive by KR.

That would be a good show regardless of the competiveness of Ferrari
