Yessir! And other makes too

Actually 3 of the four cars that I havent opened yet are about 15-20 years older than earliest of these F1 cars. Care to make any guesses?

Two of them feature the greatest GP driver of all time.

I have to say I'm not a huge fan of prewar racers either, but that 450S is just gorgeous...I'm halfway thinking I might want to try and start a 1:43 collection of my own hehe.

To me, the 1930s, 1960s and 1980s were the best eras from a Grand Prix and Sports car perspective. Fabulous cars and fantastic drivers ...

Any way to each their own - there is always a racing car to please everyone of you

Looks like I have officially joined the 1/43 club

Thanks - I love the way the Kamm tail is executed in the Spyder - it slopes down from the hood area and then sharply raises to finish as a spoiler. Mouthwatering curves

My pictures dont show it too well though - maybe I should take the pictures during the day!

Nice new cars you have there, Sameer.

I must admit there seems to be a lot more choice in 1:43, although my collection is a mere 5 1:18 cars so far - I havent yet purchased 1:43.

I noticed in 1:43 a lot of older cars like the mk1 fiesta and mk1 escort that you cant find in 1:18. Wierd cars to want in your collection maybe, but I'm nostalgic!

Go for it ... you wont regret it. I love the old Rally Escorts as driven by legends such as Roger Clark, Ari Vatenen, Hannu Mikkola among others.

I also want to get a Lotus Cortina driven by J Clark - giant killer of a car

Yeah ... I was in your neighborhood with my real estate agent looking for a house to buy and after seeing some shitty houses, I broke off and hit the slot place before returning home.

I get mad when people claim to have wood flooring and tile when there is like 2 sq ft of wood. Fucking liars!

I think I might be headed to the Woodlands and some other parts of the N-NW tomorrow for more house hunting.

They have a nice, black 575 GTC. I think they might have a red also.

There was another guy at HRRC with a Silver Z06 with some Nitto tires - do you now him?

Did he really just say that?

Man, that's rude! You should apologise!
