How long does it take for something to be delivered out of the JW shop. And who has the authority to make a special one off specially designed Polo for Hammond?

eeeek
IMO the delivery doesn't have to be in the next few days, since he's probabely getting dozens of card/gifts/visits form groupies/... atm and I guess he's quite down aswell
so if we deliver it in a week or 10 days (depending on the shirt delivery time), things have calmed down and he's probabely more happy to get some "greetings" from his fans.
Cheers

If one of you guys are able to get him a gift, maybe put in a box of teeth whitener in with the regular gift.

I never said i dont want to send it to him. If my car is repaired and i can get hold of it for the day now i am at uni, and providing the hospital accepts gifts from third parties i will be more than happy to deliver everything to the hospital.

Ok I just phoned Leeds Infirmary and spoken to one of the people that are in charge over delivering and so on. He said that it will first be discussed with Mrs Hammond if its ok that we leave something at the Desk for Hammond and his family. He will do that tomorow.
I will have to phone back at around 10 O'clock tomorrowmorning(uk time) to find out what her answer is.
Only problem is is that I will be at work then and can't phone leeds infirmary.

Count me in!
Maybe we could make a card for him if one hasnt been picked out already. Have one of our resident photoshop gurus put a hamster driving a dragster on the front. Just a thought.

If all else failed, I could probably arrange to get there, but I'm not hugely close and would also have problems carting lots of things there.
Anyway, sounds like we're sorted.

Well done
if the hospital doesn't want to collaborate, we'll deliver it directly to Hamster-family-home
