666fast is right, its best to sell them now and get some other rims or whatever, you could make them fit at a cost as you say,but what if something happens in the future were you needed a replacement....you could end up waiting a while,or paying another fortune,IMO your best sticking with what we got here in the UK

Wheel problem solved. Had a long discussion with Speedline directly today. They have special nuts that let the rally wheel fit safely on a road car!

Glad you solved the problem with your nuts... and without even needing a creme or lotion.

Cheers mate - I never said no creme was involved! Well, ok, maybe not creme, but certainly some lubrication! 0X

No problems yet. The car is nearly finished. Just the handles to paint. Windows are back in. I am picking the car up next weekend. I will then get the suspension/wheels and tyres sorted and make a start on the interior 8)

waaaah i love that project you've got going on right there. looks like you have the same Fiesta like i do, but your's is just a million times better because mine is still bone stock... ops:
since i'm a student --> no money for stuff like this, i think i will be sticking with my car for some time now. but damn i wish i could have a Fiesta like that

That sounds fine. Mine is costing quite a bit as there was a lot of work in fixing the rear quarter after someone hit it a few years ago. I am paying around £3000. If I had asked for a gun finish it would have been around £2500 - but I have asked for a glass finish which involves around 20 hours of polishing which puts the price up.
Therefore, if has no rear quarter damage and went for a gun finish I would have been looking at around £1800. 8)
My best advice - see some of their work!

Woaa Speedlines looks GREAT! Do you have spacers there? do wheels touch the body on big bumps?

The fronts are spaced out by the uprated brakes and the rear (where the drums are painted black) have 5mm spacers each side.
The rear arches have had work to allow the car to go lower so I have no clearance problems. The fronts are fine too.
The beauty of coilovers is that I can lift the ride height up a tad if needed, but at the moment I don't need too.
