This whole contest was about aesthetics. Design as in looks. That has nothing to do with how well the car is engineered.

Design usually associate with concepts
Engineering is the process to make such concepts into reality

*Damn Lotus* I guess I am gathering my thoughts for too long

The Veyron really deserves to be in the top ten list, for a "form follows function" car like this one the actual look is a very good compramise. But, without doubt, the AMV8 and DB9 really seem to be the best looking cars today.

1. DB9
2. CLS
3. Zonda F
4. Koenigsegg CCX
5. Gallardo Spyder
6. Veyron
7. F430
8. Bently GT
9. Some other car...

Anyone agrees?

Unless I miss the irony I disagree. The Veyron is a textbook example where form doesn't follow function. It took them 2 years to fix the aerodynamical inefficiencies of the design.

Disagreed. Koenigsegg shouldn't be there, neither doesn the Bentley GT and the F430 for that matter. Most you mention look nice, but definately not epic.

I see why the CLS is there, or the DB9 (best execution of the AM signature). There's not much spectacular presented style-wise these days. The Alfa 8C Competizione MUST go into production damnit
