The 968 CS was a stripped out version.

The GT3, and the M3 CSL are both more powerful tan the cars they are based on.

CSL comes as standard with 360 BHP over standard car's 343, SMG Gearbox, better wheels, special tyres, carbon fibre and lightweight materials in it's construction.

GT3 has 415bhp over standard car's 325. It uses a racing verion of the 3.6 boxer derived from the one used in the 911GT1 Le Mans car, with titanium connecting rods and other lightweight internals which allow it to spin to 8400rpm. It also comes with specialist tryes, lightweight weels, adjustable downforce, bigger brakes, an aerokit, sports exhaust and clubsport pack.

968CS has same engine and chassis as regualr CS, with lower suspension and less sound deadening.

The was also the 968S whic as the set up of the CS but costed more because of it's aircon and Cd equipment.
