Hi there!

Sup!

My name is Serge and I'm a member in another of mr shaggy's forums (tahoeyukonforum), as well as cadillacforums, and hidplanet where I got into headlight retrofits before I purchased my current Escalade.

Recently moved from DC to Miami with mrs soulsea, so I'm surrounded by ridiculously beautiful vehicles, and which I'm happy to yak about.

I'm mostly a GM SUV man these days, and will probably purchase the next gen Escalade when it comes out next year ... but I've owned all sorts of vehicles in my 41 years as my fortunes have fluctuated.

Aaaaaaaanyhoot, I'll try to contribute as much as I can, in the meantime here are some pics and specs of my current ride:

So when you selling the ecky to me Serge?

soulsea 09-26-2013 01:50 PM

I'm a gonna wait till the first few recalls are sorted out in the next gen escalade and then I'll pounce on one ... so you can purchase it in about a year, if Robbie doesn't beat you to it. :handshake:

Shaggy 09-27-2013 01:28 AM

How many miles you got it on it? Robbie may beat me out as he is close to you then I am. Damn!

soulsea 09-27-2013 09:24 AM

As of now 27k.

DamnItMan 09-27-2013 11:12 AM

Hi Serge.

That's a slick looking Escalade!!

soulsea 09-27-2013 04:27 PM

Thanks you sir ... very much appreciated.

Hi there!

Lovely looking machine. The costs of running one of those over here would be astronomical! What sort of MPG does that get? Petrol here in the UK converts to $2.21 per litre. What do you guys pay?

soulsea 09-28-2013 07:22 PM

Thank you gman ...these days in South Florida premium fuel is about $4.20 a gallon and I'm lucky to get around 14mpg at 50/50 city/highway driving. On tanks that are all city and I drive frisky it'll go down to 10mpg. That's the down side of a 6.2 420hp SUV with all the aerodynamic characteristics of a brick.

Shaggy 09-28-2013 08:38 PM

What do you use premium. Those years never really had issues with knocking.

That equates to $9.94 a gallon for us :-O, dear god we get raped!

Lol at a 6.2 litre brick :)
