it's some kind of FLV1 codec (first time seeing this one, google says it's a Macromedia Flash FLV Video File Format, wtf is that?), so you can either try to find a suitable codec for the media player you use, or get yourself a proper software VLC Media Player.

ARMAN 09-19-2005 09:07 AM

You 500th post BTW. Congrats! :P

antonioledesma 09-19-2005 09:40 PM

thanks overmind... but I hated vlc media player. So everytime I want to see it, I'll just go to the webpage

DeMoN 09-21-2005 03:30 PM

VLC Media Player is the greatest! How can you not like it?

antonioledesma 09-21-2005 08:22 PM

don't know, but I had lots of troubles with the audio and video codecs, couldn't see quicktime movies in firefox, etc
Maybe I just hated it for the wrong reasons. Maybe when I get a new laptop at my work, I'll try it again

ARMAN 09-21-2005 08:50 PM

Media Player Classic rulez

as far as I know it doesn't have to be installed, it doesn't write anything to the registry or anywhere else but its directory, so I have no idea how you managed to fuck up quicktime in firefox by using VLC :).
