Well I'll have to wait a bit before owning one :(

I looked at a couple of CBR600RRs

nice bike, no doubt about that. :D I love honda, and it looks so fast when its sitting still.

but since it's kinda new, i couldn't find any used ones at a decent price, and it had a plank of wood for a seat (hurts your bum) (alot).

Excellent bike you8 have there, although I'm more interested in custom bikes. I see you're 17 y of age. Do you have full bike driving licence without any restrictions about maximum kW or engine capacity?

Did you drop it, or was it like that when you bought it? I see the scratches on the exhaust. Anyway, nice bike! Ride safely man! :)

I bought it used. Those scratches were already there. I haven't dropped it yet. :)

as far as stats go,

I don't have the balls to find the top speed YET, fastest I've been was around 155MPH. (thats fast enough for me).

you don't really ride this so much as you cling on for your life, and alot of the performance comes down to how good the rider is. I've heard people say the 0-60 time is usually somewhere in the 3.2's-3.6's. I'm not exactly sure.

here's a spec sheet

Shit, I'll stick to my car....I would be fucking scared to do above 100km/h on one of those things!

:x :x

hmm.. I'm gonna go ride some more!

Minacious 06-14-2004 10:11 PM

BM, this is your first bike, please go easy with the wheelies. Get comfortable with the bike first. Even when you think you've gotten comfortable, get more comfortable. The last thing I want to read is that you looped the bike.

Nice bike man :D , congrats and keep it safe as those things can really be deadly.
Cheers

Wow. How much is insurance for you on that thing?
I'm 21 and I'd be paying about $4000CAD a year on something like that.
