I have posted this pic in another section, but Yamaha V-max is wonderfull bike and I really like it. The engine is HUGE. That bike on photo has 1400cc engine and beautiful sound

Dear members, I'd like to know your opinions about amazing V-max. Has anyone owned that bike? Anyone with good custom pics? Thx

I know nothing of the bike, but I wouldn't mind taking one out for a spin.

I'd like to take one out for a spin but I'd not buy one. I bet it's comfy though...

Ian_yamaue: It isn't mine

I'm fascinated with how does this thing look, how does it sounds - I mean both, modified and original 8)

There's a place for Yamaha V-max in my dream garage

Those are nice streetfighter customization...... with the right mods, it's capable of giving even the latest sportsbike a run for their money.

It's very difficult to explain the feeling of riding a V-max, You need to try out at least once to be convinced. The secret of the Vmax success is the V-boost system. The engine pulls so stongly at 6000rpm up to 9000rpm that you 'll begin to have tunnel vision. It's indeed a dragster in stock form.

However pls don't mistaken it as a sports tourer, with it's small 15L tank and huge appetite for fuel, the range is merely 100miles before the fuel warning lights comes on. there is also lack of wind protection at high speed cruising.

Here's a picture of my yellow 93 Vmax with good companies.
