Cool - caldicarphoto.com - (2008)! -09-06-2008- Around the Top Marques Monaco_NEW GRAPHIC!

Hello to Everybody,
I open a new topic, because now, with the arrive of the new year, I've made some changement to my website.
I'm still working, but the principal changement is now visible:

By the 2008 all my photos will be in the extralarge resolution of 3000x2000 pixel!

I choose this new resolution, because I think that is important see any car in deepest detail. Therefore with this new extralarge resolution I would give you, through my photos, the ability to see well every little detail.
Now the photos are not still perfect, but I'm working to give you the better quality of photos, so you can appreciate every little detail.

Ps Remember: In my website all high resolution images are resized for a best vision of the website, but if you want save the image the resolution is 3000x2000 pixel for the new 2008's photos and 1800x1200 for the old photos

Ok, now stop words. The photos:

WOW, you went mad on good "resolutions" for 2008 (how funny LOL)

I still remember back in 2004 when I launced SCS I was basically the only one offering BIG 1600x1200, and now my pics looks like thumbnails compared to yours

It's a brave move, because we all know the bigger the picture, the lower the quality. Details are sure bigger, but general sharpness and quality is usually sensibly lower, don't you think? IMO 3000x2000 would be ok if your camera was like 16 mp

Eheh...Yes your speech is correct, but this is the first step...

I think that the future of high resolution photos on web is next.

I think that is not a case that now a big web company like Google has add to its reserch of images the option "Extra Large Images".

However your words about a lower quality of the extra large photos is right, but not always. I thinks that this new big resolution gives to me the motivation to make photos only near the perfection.

Furthermore, I've a long-term project, but prefer not to reveal it now

Bye

Yes, you sure are right, and I didn't notice google added the extra large images option to its searches!

Finally a new update

By now all my photos will be calibrated with the professional tool Datacolor Spyder 3. It gives to photos colors more realistic and perfectly calibrated with the colors of the print (for more info: http://www.datacolor.eu/en/products/...pro/index.html )

Now the photos:

Ps Remember in the website the photo are resized for a better vision of the latter, but if you save a photo on own PC it will have a resolution of 3000x2000 pixel

The green Vanquish is just too sexy! Can't wait to start coming to Milano again once the temperatures will raise some more...

Simone, I got your message the other day. I was just not at my desk at that time. Anyway, not sure yet. If it will be a sunny and relatively warm day, I think I'll go on a bike trip, if not, I'll come to Milano to hunt together
