Rat rod cool or shit
Wo hear like rat rod's here?
You those old cars that have very rough finish to them and only have the things in the car that you need for drving and to go fast(form follows fuction to the extreme).
Some examples of rat rods
Example of a hot rod whit nice finish
I want to kown why you voted for choice 1 or 2.

Ow, my ears. The first vid makes you wonder why not all cars come with big American V8s.

I'll take the smaller rev-happy DOHC V8 anyday. Preferrably italian. Prefferably from F1 car
And in terms of sound... mmm, i'm afraid this time i really have to go by Clarkson:
As for Rat Rodding: voted " Hell yeah rat rods rock". I'm not really interested in hot rodding in general, but these cars are really something. And that sound is sick!

I like the no frills look and loping is cool. Of course these kinds of rods look great with some slick paint on them as well.

Euo V8's just sound like twin inline 4's.. thats the sound you guys are in love with.. 4 cylinders. If you set up an LS7 with a flat plane crank and changed the timing you will get that odd 4 cycliner sound - then just up the revs for the wail.
I prefer my V6's V8's, V10's and V12's to be beefy sounding thanks
And as for "rat rods" - only if they are the real deal and are survivors from the 40's and 50's - these modern clones are crap.

And what type of crank exactly do you need to put in LS7 in order for it to sound like a proper scandinavian V8?
There's so much torque! Oh, and that sound! RAWRRRR!!!
