I think that the difference is the spring rates on the MK2 being stiffer and a difference in road conditions in the UK verses Germany. It sounds like UK roads aren't as smooth as in Germany and that this prevents the MK2's front end from bitting like the MK1.

Well that's my 2 cents worth. Thanks TT for the scan.
This whole post indicates that you either did not read the article or your english is as good as my french.

Im a bit angry that the 355 and 360 were not even mentioned. The 355 was commonly refered to as "the best car in the world", the 360 even better. And compared to the GT3's? More practical, better looking, sounding and nearly as fast. 550? No thanks, make mine a 360.

This is my story also. Before the 550,,,I was into cars, but it..you know not on a car lover junky level...

But when I saw the 550 in NFS3 something clicked...after that I became facinated with Ferrari,,,and that lead to becoming a car maniak.

I would have liked to see the GT3 win, and I have talked to a few owners of Porsches and Ferrari's and one of them who happened to own a 550 was telling me about how unreliable it was and how it was always in the shop getting something fixed on it. He said he loves it, its a beautiful car, but its just not reliable. Porsche on the other hand does have a reputation for being reliable...and I have talked to several owners who have said nothing but great things about their Porsches.

I'm not saying one is better than the other, all I'm saying is that from talking to owners Porsches are much more reliable..

Thanks for the scan TT!!

I'm still waiting for mine to come in the mail, it takes forever!

Yes I agree with you. I've heard the same, ferraris are great car but not very reliable. Maybe its cause of FIAT.

Thank god it isnt, because there arent many reliable sports cars out there. Or else the name of EVO would be the deutsch people wagens.

Yeah, this is true..and thats one of the reasons I like Porsche..I understand about EVO being about the thrill of driving...thats why I was not saying that one is better than the other because I was talking about reliability, which really had nothing to do with the article, and they were talking about the driving pleasure of the car itself..in which senario the Ferrari wins
