Enough with the LED lights already - all these new cars look like mid-70's circus and carnaval rides/vehicles with freakin chase light-ropes on every corner.

Yeah... The LED's are okay in the front, but in the back it's too much. Or rather, the back top half looks odd in general.

Front angle looks Ferrari-ish

Agree about the LED lights.

The design doesn't really look fresh enough either...more of a facelift of the previous model.

I get the feeling Von Koenigsegg is low on money, or at least tightening the belt.

Funny how things change in a matter of just a few months....he was ready to buy out Saab just a while back.

I'm just a little confused as to the "Leaked" part of this thread; is this a new model or just a new variant?

Christian wasn't ready to buy it "himself" as much as able to gather a group of investors. He was definitely likely to offer some capitol himself; but it wasn't "just him" by any means.

It's a new variant. You know how it works. Small companies don't have money or time to develop brand new cars. It took Koenigsegg almost 10 years to get the first one right. Even Pagani C9 protypes look like they're just updated C12s. And that's fine. It's not like they really need updates anyway.

No one can these days. Buying a whole automobile company is quite a lot of load for one company or an individual. It's risky though. Porsche still owes Qatar government for the failed VW takeover.

The major difference is in the engine, which now has a twin turbo setup than the supercharger the previous versions had. 910 hp @ 7,250 rpm. 811 lb-ft, 90% available from 2,680 rpm to 6,170 rpm. On a 2,832lb super aerodynamic car.
