Here is the new trailer. A 24 footer. A great upgrade from the previous I think.

Well guys, my father just finished painting the hood. He did it by himself in the garage so it was obviously not perfect conditions for painting. I think he did a pretty good job for a former fence guy. See what you think.

Well I got a video of it online now. It is from my digital camera so it is not that great but it is good enough. It is of the first time we raced it on the 1/8th mile. You can find it in the video and picture links section.

It is a 24 footer and it lists for around $5,400. We got it for $5,000 minus the trade in for the old one. And the brand is Pace American. Oh and here are some pics of the final (for now) product. I have to say I am really proud of this car.

No, it is a 3-speed auto but you have to select the gears yourself. The transmission was reworked to handle up to 1500 hp and it also has a reverse shift pattern, which means you pull the lever back to shift up which is the opposite of a conventional automatic in these cars.

We will probably take it whenever we want to go back to Bradenton, hopefully within a month. I can't wait to see what it does in the 1/4. I should be racing it myself soon also.
