Default MOTOR Aug 2005 - 911 Turbo S vs GSX-R1000

Since the September issue of Motor is now out, I decided to scan this article from the previous issue.

Thanks Mr T. - should be an interesting read.

Just for those non-Aussies who hadn't heard of MOTOR when I mentioned they covered my trip last week - this is them. So in a few months I might scan the article on our adventures.

Especially when you consider it was a journo riding the bike and a race driver driving the car! If they had a profesional rider to the bikes lap times would probably have been quite a bit quicker and more consistant.

JC did the same race for one of his videos - but with Jason Plato at the wheel.

Cars and bikes always makes for an interesting comparison, but it's personal preference at the end of day as for which one you go for... and your bank balance with respect to a 911!

also the one of 5th Gear with the Gallardo up against a Ducati.
