2) this is old news. BMW announced about a year and a half ago that they had an X3 Hybrid. They have also had the 7 series set up with Hydrogen for a couple years now and are ready to ship if the Hydrogen filling stations would be standardized and installed.

3) BMW set 9 world records with a Hydrogen car 2 Septembers ago with a 300km/h run in their Hydrogen prototype car.
