Gentleman, lets keep this thread focussed as a tribute to Schumacher. No need to bring Alonso or any other stuff here - there are tons of other threads where we can spew the venom.

I've got some magazine articles on El Maestro ...

Here's one where he takes Peter Windsor around the Mugello racetrack in a 575 Maranello

gutted to hear him leaving!!!
I say He is a true champion that most critics oppose. they say his not a true champion because what he does is not ethical. well i see it as ingenuity as he knows the rules and tries to stretch it to the limit to benefit him. sometimes it doesn't work but it shows that this guy has real mental skills. when schuey leave i will see a lot less bitch fighting, which i actually enjoy. it just shows the others are just lame sore losers. throughout his whole career every other driver has had a go at him. but at least he doesn't go to the press and start talking about his disgust on other drivers. look at alonso after the italian gp, his comments made him look like a sore loser. coolfart and villenueve are just the same. funny how jv says everyone will forget about schuey, the place i normally order diecasts has said orders for schumacher memorbilia just went throught the roof immediately his retirement annoucement. on the contrary to what jv has said i will remember him forever

Here is an article that analyses all of Schumi's 47 wins up to middle of 2001 season after a decade of racing. I am pretty sure an updated version of this will be published by F1 racing soon. To think he won 43 more races in the 5 years that followed. 8)
