I know it can sound strange said by a Swiss guy, but I LOVE the Escalade, EXT or "normal" one and well, 700 hp... YUM!

It might sound weird comming from me (some of you might remember from Racingflix that I love Cadillacs), but I've always had mixed feelings about the Escalades. Basicly they are Denalis (regular escalades) and Avalanches (EXTs) with just some minor changes. To me, the only true Cadillacs are the cars. Still, I wouldn't complain if someone gave one of these to me

Lingenfelter has also put that motor in a few corvettes....

I still think it's a 124.000 dollars, 700 bhp, gas drinking piece of rubish...
I hate SUV and I always will, not because what they are, but how they are used and designed nowadays, not good for the roads, even more worthless off the roads...

I still can't beleive how cadillac dares to sell a 50.000 dollars SUV as a "Luxury" car, when the thing's architecture is from the 1930's...and by that I mean a Chasis, and then the body mounted over it....sure it's cheap to build...but I wouldn't pay 50.000 dollars for something that rattles and shakes like jellow every time you go over a bump or something...
Still, if I had to chose between the Escalade and the Lincoln Navigator as wich one is the most useless vehicle in the world I wouldn't be able to make up my mind....I've driven an Expedition, wich is a cheap Ford version of the Escalade rubish thing and it scared the shit out of me, specially me being used to drive my small nimble car...not to mention when I drove an explorer, now that's something that gives you an adrenaline kick, in the scary sense....

They dare to do it becuase it sells, it sells a lot.
It's a nice truck, but I wouldn't ever buy one unless I had money to waste.

As for the Lingenfelter EXT, it's kind of cool. But again, I wouldn't buy one.

Well considering the taste on luxury vehicles they have it makes me wonder what kind of education, if any, they received... I guess you don't need to have a Doctorate to be a drug dealer...
Obviously the only people i've seen driving them are, as Mr. Clarkson would say, drug dealers from L.A. or Miami..., usually with those ridiculous huge rims with the plastic covers that also turn...the transparent lights, gold color badges and tinted windows....
Definetely a car that Mr.T would buy..

Mr-T car -> True, true... Escalades are not too bad though. They are interesting.

Back on the subject of the Poll.. I cant vote if theres not a Lambo or a Lancia. I hold my vote in protest!
