Both are nice although I prefer the first face of the E46, not the facelift just personal preference

And what do you mean with ZSP?

Wow- that was an ultra fast response, TT! ZSP is just a code from the dealer that stands for Sports Package. I agree with you about the looks of the face. I think that the new E46 looks nice, but I like the older E46 face more since the lines have a stronger resemblance to the traditional lines of past 3 series.
